Module 2a - Vehicle & Load Handling Systems

 

includes: braking systems, coupling systems, air connections, air lines, trailer connections, fifth wheel, coupling & uncoupling, draw bars, load handling systems, skeletal trailers, materials handling equipment, PUWER, LOLER, tail lifts, lifting equipment. 

 

Module 2b - Safe Vehicle Loading

includes:

 

Safe loading, road traffic act, loading bays & Ramps, Banksmen, Load distribution, maximum weight, payload calculation, overloading, graduated fixed penalties, securing loads, equipment, sheeting, hazardous goods, ADR training,livestock, stability, rollover, wind.
