1 1/2 Day FLT Operator Refresher Course
It is stated in the HSE Approved Code of Practice (L117) that
"even trained and experienced lift truck operators need to be re-assessed from time to time to ensure that they continue to operate lift trucks safely"
This should form part of a companies normal monitoring procedure and be formally time-tabled, to ensure that it is done at reasonable intervals, will indicate whether any further training is needed.
Employers can, of course, decide that automatic retraining after a set period of time is the best way of ensuring employees are adequately trained."
Hargreaves 1½ day training course,
consists of theory to up-date on legislation and operating standards, remedial training and final theoretical and practical examinations.
