180 degree Excavator Below 5 Tonne

 

Outcome from Attending Training:

 

  • Operators of 180 excavators Below 5 tonne will be able to identify the basic construction, purpose and function of components and the purpose and use of all controls and gauges.
  • Identify and comply with manufacturers' instructions in accordance with the operator's handbook, other information sources and applicable legislation.
  • Carry out pre-use and running checks.
  • Configure the excavator for site travel.
  • Travel over various types of terrain's.
  • Manoeuvre in confined spaces.
  • Set the machine to excavate.
  • Excavate below ground level on a variety of excavations in different ground types.
  • Place spoil into various sizes of vehicle/hoppers.
  • Grade, spread and level different types of terrain.
  • Remove and reattach buckets.
  • Place the machine in and out of service condition.
  • Be able to explain the loading and unloading procedures on and off a transporter.

 

Achievement:
On successful completion of your training and CPCS Technical Test , your details will be registered with CPCS. The CPCS will then issue you with your operator card. (please allow 28 days)
