360 degree Excavator Below 10 Tonne
Outcome from Attending Training:
- Operators of 360 excavators below 10 tonne will be able to identify the basic construction, purpose and function of components and the purpose and use of all controls and gauges
- Identify and comply with manufacturers instructions in accordance with the operators handbook, other information sources and applicable legislation.
- Carry out pre-use and running checks.
- Configure the excavator for site travel.
- Travel over various types of terrains.
- Manoeuvre in confined spaces.
- Set the machine to excavate.
- Excavate below ground level on a variety of excavations in different ground types.
- Place spoil into various sizes of vehicles and hoppers.
- Grade, spread and level different types of terrain.
- Remove and reattach buckets.
- Place the machine in and out of service condition.
- Explain the loading and unloading procedures on and off a transporter.
Achievement: On succesful completion of your training and CPCS Technical Test, your details will be registered with CPCS. Then CPCS will then issue your operator card (please allow 28 days).
