Forward Tipping Dumper
Outcome from Attending Training:
- Operators of Forward Tipping Dumpers will be able to identify the basic construction, purpose and function of components and the purpose and use of all controls and gauges.
- Identify and comply with manufacturers' instructions in accordance with the operator's handbook, other information sources and applicable legislation.
- Carry out pre-use and running checks.
- Set the machine for site and road travel.
- Travel over various types of terrain's.
- Travel up and down substantial inclines in a loaded and unloaded state.
- Manoeuvre in confined space, in a loaded and unloaded state.
- Position the dumper to receive loads.
- Comply with loading procedures.
- Ensure load integrity and security.
- Discharge loads into trenches or over edge.
- Place the machine in and out of service condition.
- Be able to explain the loading and unloading procedure on and off a transporter.
Achievement:
On successful completion of your training and CPCS Technical Test, your details will be registered with the CPCS.
The CPCS will then issue you with your operators card (please allow 28 days)
