Careership:

What Is A Careership?

On a Careership you will be able to learn whilst being in a real work setting, and in many cases, a Careership leads directly to a full time job.

The good thing about a Careership is that you gain valuable work experience, and at the same time , use it to work towards a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) at levels 2 or 3.

How Will I Be Trained?

You will be trained by a well qualified team of tutors and assessors whose job it is to ensure that you receive the highest quality training as well as doing their best to find you an employer.

All careership trainees work with a company from the start of their course, some will be employed and receiving a wage while others will be on placement and receiving a training allowance.

If you feel you need extra help to achieve an NVQ, or you have problems which makes it difficult for you to attend a training course, additional support is available.
