This NVQ is intended for employees that work in the Fork Lift Truck operating environment.

Learners will first enrol onto the programme and complete a training needs analysis and initial assessment of their numeracy and literacy skills.

Learners will then enrol onto a fully funded Level 2 NVQ in Fork Lift Truck Operations.

Wherever necessary the Fork Lift Truck Operations Level 2 NVQ includes RTITB FLT training at NO COST TO the employer.

Training is available on counterbalance and reach trucks for novice or experienced operators or for those who need a refresher/conversion course.

NVQ Level 2 assessments to prove occupational competence take place at regular intervals at your convenience.

Assessment is carried out in the workplace so there is no lost time.

Comprehensive Training

Funded through the Train to Gain LSC initiative, training delivered at no cost to the employer
Full support from the Brokerage Service, addressing all your business needs
Full Level 2 NVQ Fork Lift Truck Operations including:
Regular assessments in the employers workplace.
Quality RTITB FLT Training on either a counterbalance or reach truck included FREE of charge where applicable. Duration of FLT practical training depends on candidate's experience
Modules on Health and Safety, effective working relationships and lifting and moving loads
Assessment in your workplace
IAG at the start, middle and end of the training
Flexible delivery
Optional Skills for life training and learning to prepare candidates for National Tests in Numeracy and Literacy at Level 1 and 2.
