This NVQ is intended for employees that work with in the Traffic Office operating environment. The trainee will first enrol onto the programme and complete a training needs analysis and an initial assessment of their numeracy and literacy skills. The learner will then enrol onto a fully funded Level 2 NVQ in Traffic Office.

Assessment for a Level 2 NVQ to prove occupational competence takes place at regular intervals at your convenience. Assessment is carried out in the workplace so there is no lost time.

Comprehensive Training
Including:

• Funded through the Train to Gain LSC initiative, training delivered at no cost to the employer
• Full support from the Brokerage Service, addressing all your business needs
• Full Traffic Office Level 2 NVQ including:
• modules on efficient planning, routing and scheduling of loads, allocating resources and preparing quotations
• Also includes Health and Safety, delivering customer service and contributing to effective working relationships.
• Assessment in your workplace
• Flexible delivery
• IAG at the start, middle and end of the training
• Optional Skills for life training and learning to prepare candidates for National Tests in Numeracy and Literacy at Level 1 and 2.

 

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be:

• Aged 19+
• Fully employed (contracted)
• Not already achieved a full Level 2 qualification*
• Not in possession of 5 or more GCSE's grade A-C
