Hargreaves Training Services holds accreditations for a wide and diverse range of training programmes and qualifications with: City & Guilds - OCR- .- DSA - R.T.I.T.B - I.M.I./Automotive Skills - B.C.S. - Skills for Logistics - S.Q.A - SAFED - I.O.S.H. - C.I.E.H. and is a JAUPT accredited Centre for the delivery of the 'New' E.U legislative requirement for the Driver CPC due to become law on the 10th September 2009. All this of course means our tutors/instructors are all registered with the UK's foremost Awarding Bodies thus providing assurance and training of the highest quality.

MATRIX STANDARD

What is the Matrix Standard?

The Matrix Standard is the national quality standard for any organisation that delivers information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work.

Here at Hargreaves Training Services we have held the Matrix Standard since 2006 and were successfully re- assessed against the standard in October 2009.

What does this mean to you ?

Hargreaves Training Services are able to offer you impartial Information, Advice and Guidance to help you to:

  • Become more aware of the skills you have and explore ways in which these can be developed
  • Explore how you can use these skills to benefit you, your work and your employer
  • Feel equipped to make good decisions about future learning and progression opportunities
  • Improve the possibility of progression at work

At our last re-assessment our assessor made the following comments:

‘….the culture within the company is one of inclusion and involvement with people being supported and encouraged to achieve their potential and develop their skills….’

‘…Clients are happy with the level of support and encouragement they receive. They feel staff are approachable and knowledgeable and non-judgemental, providing on going advice with a ‘degree of patience’ which is valued…’

What is Customer First ?

Customer First is a Quality Assurance Framework for Business Support aimed at providers and deliverers of publicly funded business support services.

It is broken down into three areas - Customer Relationships, Market Awareness and People.

Hargreaves Training Services first achieved this award in May 2006 and were successfully re-accredited for two years in July 2008.

INVESTORS IN PEOPLE

What is Investors in People ?

Investors in People is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisations performance through its people. It was developed in 1990 and the framework is reviewed every 3 years.

Hargreaves Training Services were first accredited in March 1999 and have been successfully re-accredited every 2 years since, the last time in March 2009.

What does this mean to you ?

Experienced competent staff delivering high quality training and support to enable your achievement.
